Having trouble viewing the 3D Home Tour? Here are some possible solutions:

  1. Make sure that you have Java installed and that you have Java enabled within your internet browser. If you do not have Java installed, go to http://www.krm.com/techsupport/tech-downloads_mvm.html  and search for "Java Virtual Machine". After you download it, restart your computer. To ensure that Java is enabled click on "Tools" on your task bar, go to "Internet Options", then to "Advanced", then scroll down until you see three different options that involve Java and make sure that all three are checked. Also be sure that you are not using Sun Java. The tours are not compatible with this type of program.
